Umami spice is a Japanese inspired blend. It is a perfect match for your vegetables or your salad. You will taste the warmth from the spices an the smoke from the smoked green pepper and smoked salt.
Umami spice is developed by Hans Kjellsson, winner of Sol over Gudhjem Rising Star 2022.
Ingredients: Smoked green pepper*, bamboo salt. smoked salt, star anise*, ramson*, leek* and onion flakes* (*=organic).
