Cajun cooking is best described as robust, spicy and taste lingering food.

The taste of our cajun mix is vigorous and pungent. The orange peel adds a bitter/fresh edge.

It is excellent for the traditional Cajun dish, jambalaya. But the cajun mix can also be used with barbequed meat, fish, seafood, pork, poultry, vegetables, and oven cooked dishes.

Ingredients: coconut sugar*, red paprika*, black pepper*, orange peel*, garlic*, dill*, ginger*, marjoram* and salt. (* = organic).
